Third party providers charging hundreds more for LIM reports

Prospective home buyers are being warned about getting LIM reports from third-party online providers, who are charging hundreds of dollars more than local councils for the same service. The Whanganui and Waitaki district councils have both gone public about the issue, pointing out one website charging up to five times what they would for the report. Robin Martin has more.
