Murdered couple's son says system failed them after address given out

A man whose parents were killed after the Disputes Tribunal gave their address to one of the men who murdered them says it is a part of the murder as well. Fuk-Fu Joseph Kwok and his wife Mei Han Chong were killed in their Auckland home in 2023. Kwok had been in a traffic accident with Lok Fun Lorrence Li that went to the Disputes Tribunal. It was Li who would later kill them. The couple's son, Ricky Kwok spoke to Lisa Owen.
