Christa Pike Part 1

Grab a beer and join us tonight as we kick off our series on Christa Pike! A few weeks back on Overtime, we talked about Tennessee trying to execute her and failing. Tonight we go back to how she ended up on death row in the first place. In part one, we'll cover Christa's life before she got to the Job Corps center in Knoxville, the boyfriend and the friend who were with her there, and the girl she decided was trying to steal him. Then the night in January of 1995 when the three of them walked Colleen Slemmer out to an abandoned steam plant on the University of Tennessee campus, and what happened at the Job Corps center in the days after.
