This is Day 5 of Who Are You Beneath the Noise?, a meditation series about staying connected to your true inner nature through change and uncertainty.
Today, we turn toward the part of you that knows how to pause, listen, and notice what needs care. The practice centers on the Ajna chakra, also known as the third eye or sixth chakra, traditionally associated with inner seeing, insight, and discernment.
Today's theme is Nurture.
You don't have to have every answer. You can begin by listening to what is here.
I can meet myself with care.
🌿 Today's Meditation Focus In today's guided meditation, you'll use the Ajna chakra as a focus for inward attention:
settle into a comfortable position bring your awareness gently to the space between your eyebrows imagine a soft indigo light resting there notice what is happening in your body and emotions ask yourself what part of you needs care today choose one small, kind action to offer yourself The intention isn't to force a revelation or make your mind go quiet. It's to make a little room to hear yourself.
✨ Today's Intention I am willing to listen inward.
As you pause, consider:
What in me needs care today?
