'BradCast' 10/20/2026 (Virginia Now Voting to Restore Felon Voting Rights; Guest: Alex Burness of Bolts Mag)

On today's 'BradCast': The GOP billionaires' money bomb is not working on the public, as Donald Trump's and Republicans' approval ratings continue to plummet. The Trump Justice Department's theatrical, cruel arrests of a dozen elderly, alleged noncitizen voters violates longstanding DOJ policies; the charges are highly likely to fall apart under scrutiny like previous Trump Administration 'investigations'. ALEX BURNESS of Bolts Mag explains the major statewide initiative on Virginia's ballot that would automatically re-enfranchise felons after they've served their time, ending the current wildly inconsistent system that turns on the whims of the governor; the deeply racist history of felon disenfranchisement laws; and the 35 states that are voting for top election officials who will administer the 2028 presidential election.
