7.81 The Simple Life: Vicky Mutchler | Choosing Calm in a Chaotic World

Ladies, welcome back to Help me Abide. Thanks so much for listening today!

I am thrilled for you to hear our guest today, Mrs. Vicky Mutchler. I have really enjoyed getting to know Vicky, and I think you’re going to enjoy listening to her as much as I did!

Vicky has lived a full life, and when you listen to her, you can just hear her faith. Her love for the Lord and for the Word of God comes through so naturally in the way she talks about life.

And one of the things I really appreciate about Vicky is that she doesn’t just give you a bunch of “Christian answers.” She has a way of taking truth from the Word of God and connecting it to real, everyday life. She’s easy to listen to, very relatable, and I think you’re going to feel like you’re just sitting down and having a conversation with a friend.

Today we’re talking about “Choosing Calm in a Chaotic World.” Because sometimes it feels like chaos is just part of life. There’s always something happening, somebody needing something, and a new problem waiting around the corner.

But as Christians, we don’t have to let the chaos around us become chaos inside of us.

So today, Vicky is going to help us think about what it looks like to choose calm, not because everything around us is calm, but because we know the One who is in control.

Are you ready to be encouraged and equipped to abide in Christ? Let’s get into the heart of today’s episode.

RESOURCES:

Sometimes He Calms the Storm - Song

Dr Berg Electrolyte Powder- Supplement

TEAM:

Podcast Facilitator - Mrs Tammy Goddard

Host - Jennifer Beil
