Devin is a 1:03 half marathoner and 2:20 full marathoner in the Detroit, Michigan area. He is also a licensed mental health therapist and his account on socials is centered around mental health + his running journey. It’s a great combination because as we know - running is very mental!

We chatted about Devin’s DNF at Grandma’s Marathon in June, his upcoming fall races, and some of the mental tips and tricks that he has posted about on socials prior that would be super beneficial for every runner to implement.

Enjoy!

FOLLOW DEVIN:

IG: https://www.instagram.com/_dmtrains/

FOLLOW US ON STRAVA

Chris

https://www.strava.com/athletes/29985667

Scotty

https://www.strava.com/athletes/98633526

Danny

https://www.strava.com/athletes/23504210

CHECK OUT OUR INSTAGRAM

https://www.instagram.com/lifeinstridepodcast/

QALO QRNT SMART RING 10% OFF

qalo.com/lifeinstride

SWIFTWICK SOCKS

https://swiftwick.com/

15% off code: LIFEINSTRIDE

KEN COMBS RUNNING STORE

https://www.kencombsrunningstore.com/

10% off code: LIFEINSTRIDE

MASON CONSTRUCTION

https://www.masonconstructionanddev.com/

INSTA360 Affiliate code:

INRSGUOCSXX

FLOSSPOINT:

https://flosspoint.com/

LIS10 for 10% off!

CARBS FUEL

carbsfuel.com

15% off: LIS15

SWITCHBACK ELECTROLYTES

https://goswitchback.co?sca_ref=6278891.uVBEGmtjbbUlcGPZ

15% Off Code: OTQBOYZ

CHECK OUT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL:

https://youtube.com/@LifeInStridePodcast?si=icd7XfQ4HMmuBRyX

SAYSKY

Visit https://saysky.us/ and use code STRIDE15 for 15% off!
