Three days before the midterms, a New York Times investigation alleges that Mary Peltola’s campaign and national Democratic operatives searched Alaska’s voter rolls for a second Dan Sullivan to put on the ballot against the real one in order to confuse voters. Peltola and the DSCC deny it, but the Justice Department is already in court. Democratic strategist Ian Russell and Washington Post columnist Carine Hajjar join Tim Rice and Ben Domenech to debate whether the scheme crossed a legal line and whether these late-breaking revelations could cost Democrats a seat that decides the Senate.
