Galactic Racer vs Gears of War E-Day: Which Game Should Star Wars Fans Buy?

<p>Galactic Racer and Gears of War: E-Day launched on the same day, and both landed in the high 80s on Metacritic. In this solo episode, I start with Galactic Racer and ask the big question: does it live up to the best Star Wars game reviews in over 20 years? I get into what critics love about the speed, the handling, and the roguelite campaign, and where the game falls short, including no split-screen and the same planets coming back.</p><p>From there, I put it head to head with Gears of War: E-Day. Both are well reviewed, but they are very different games for very different kinds of players, so I sort out which one fits a Star Wars fan who is also a gamer, especially if you can only pick one this month.</p><p>Then I switch to Star Wars news. Marvel announced <em>Star Wars: Ahsoka: Escape From Thrawn</em>, a five-issue miniseries based on a story by Dave Filoni.
