The federal judge who ruled against the law banning noncitizen voting has been cast as "an activist judge who went rogue." Judge David Leibowitz dismissed the federal criminal case against Chelsea Cox, a Jamaican citizen accused of voting in multiple elections between 2012 and 2020. He ruled that the federal law barring noncitizens from voting in federal elections is unconstitutional because the Constitution leaves voter qualifications to the states. Jack Tomczak, VP of Outreach for Americans for Citizen Voting, says: "The judge is not an activist judge who went rogue. His ruling is correct." The Department of Justice announced that pharmacy chain CVS and related corporate entities have agreed to a $315 million payout that would settle accusations that from October 2013 to December 2025, pharmacies illegally filled prescriptions for opioids and other controlled substances, then sought compensation for many of the fraudulent prescriptions from Medicare and other federal government healthcare-related programs. In another failure of Democrats to recognize the danger of letting millions of unvetted illegal aliens into the country, on October 6, Lee County, Florida, Sheriff's Deputies arrested a "woman" for inappropriately touching an underage boy. But the suspect is a transgender illegal alien from Mexico whom the Obama administration passed on bringing into custody in 2015 when they had the chance. Have you heard of the "Office of New Americans?" The offices are in predominantly blue states, but also a handful of red ones, where migrant advocacy groups advance the needs of immigrants, both legal and illegal, over those of American citizens, all funded by the tax dollars of actual hard-working Americans. The primary activities in these offices include providing free healthcare, free legal advice, food, education, jobs, and other services.
