From the cockpit of an Apache attack helicopter to the front lines of Veteran mental health advocacy and entrepreneurship, Adam Marr has dedicated his life to answering the call to serve.

A U.S. Army combat Veteran and former AH-64D/E Apache pilot, Adam knows firsthand the demands of combat, the invisible wounds of war, and the challenges of finding purpose beyond military service. His personal journey through trauma, healing, and renewed faith ultimately transformed his understanding of leadership and what it truly means to serve others.

After experiencing the shortcomings of traditional mental health care, Adam became a leading advocate for innovative treatments for traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress (PTS). His personal experiences with emerging therapies, including ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT, played a significant role in his recovery, helping restore his mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being while reconnecting him with his Christian faith.

Today, Adam serves as Director of Operations for the Veteran Mental Health Leadership Coalition (VMHLC), working to advance research, influence bipartisan policy, and expand access to innovative Veteran mental health treatments.

Adam is also the co-founder and CEO of CallSign Mobile, a Veteran-owned wireless communications company built on a powerful mission: "Answer the Call." Founded alongside fellow Army aviator Charlie Hill, CallSign Mobile provides nationwide wireless service while creating a meaningful way for Americans to support those who have served. Through its Signal Impact Fund, the company commits $1 from every active phone line each month to initiatives supporting Veteran healing, connection, and community.

More than just a wireless provider, CallSign Mobile represents Adam's belief that service doesn't end when the uniform comes off. Its mission is to reconnect Veterans, first responders, and everyday Americans through a shared commitment to service, purpose, and giving back.

At the heart of everything Adam does is a conviction: "Healed people build healed systems." His approach challenges leaders to choose love over fear, trust over authority, and stewardship over status.

In this powerful episode of the Team Never Quit Podcast, Marcus and Melanie sit down with Adam to discuss his experiences in combat, his journey toward healing, the promise of emerging therapies, and his determination to build organizations that make a lasting difference.
