Increasing Our Life-Force Energy with Clayten Stedmann and Jeffrey Stegman

Clayten Stedmann has worked in the education, training, and coaching business since 1995. From 1995 to 2020, he focused on business as a spiritual path in his coaching practice.

Jeffrey Stegman’s focus has been on creating a high-consciousness culture in his businesses, which parallels his own personal spiritual path. Focused Life-Force Energy (FLFE) began in 2008 when Clayten and Jeffrey connected through a shared interest in high-consciousness fields. Combining Jeffrey’s engineering background with Clayten’s expertise in Consciousness Kinesiology and the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, they developed FLFE—a technology designed to direct life-force energy to support higher states of awareness.

What began as a public service project has grown into an international company serving thousands of people in more than 85 countries.
