If you've ever felt unsatisfied after investing in a coach, or you're a coach wondering what responsible leadership looks like, this episode is your permission slip to trust yourself first.</p><p><b><strong>Resources:</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>The World Builders Collective: </strong></b><a href="https://www.theworldbuilders.co/the-collective" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.theworldbuilders.co/the-collective</a></li><li><b><strong>The Earth Council sign ups: </strong></b><a href="https://www.theworldbuilders.co/the-council" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.theworldbuilders.co/the-council</a></li><li>Book a call with Jenni to talk about The Earth Council: <a href="https://calendly.com/theworldbuilders/free-power-chat?month=2026-07&amp;date=2026-07-09" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://calendly.com/theworldbuilders/free-power-chat?month=2026-07&amp;date=2026-07-09</a></li><li><b><strong>Follow Alaina on </strong></b><a href="ht
